Myofascial Pain
_
Myofascial pain syndrome occurs when sensitive trigger points develop within muscles, causing persistent pain, stiffness, and referred discomfort in surrounding areas. This condition is often associated with muscle overuse, poor posture, stress, or previous injuries.
Treatment may include trigger point therapy, physiotherapy, stretching programmes, and targeted injections when necessary. Addressing muscle imbalances and posture plays an important role in preventing recurrence.
Our goal is to release muscle tension, improve mobility, and reduce chronic muscle pain.
